Woman charged with shop thefts

A woman is set to appear at court at the end of the month after being charged with committing seven thefts from shops.

Louise Jeffrey was arrested yesterday on suspicion of thefts from shops in Maidstone and Kings Hill.

The 41-year-old, of Bicknor Road, will appear at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on Friday, August 25.
