League leaders White Horse are through to the final of the Sheppey Sunday League Rose Bowl where they will meet another Division 1 side Red Lion.

White Horse inflicted a second semi-final defeat on Vinters Green winning 3-1, while Red Lion came through 5-1 against The Beach.

Steve Collar, Ian Humphrey and Bradley Pearce secured White Horse a second appearance in a final this season, with Division 4 top-scorer Andrew Irvine on target for Vinters.

Brett Nevin and Chris Dolan both scored twice as Red Lion never looked back after going in front after 13 seconds. They were 4-0 up at the break, before Dan Cummings pulled one back but Dolan scored his second from a tap-in.

In the league, Ryan Rook scored four as Ypres beat former Division 1 title-hopefuls White Colts 5-4.

Lee Bravery got the other with Craig Whalin, Alex Sammy, Daniel Hudson and Aaron Emson notching for White Colts.

Park Regis A moved top of Division 2 on goal difference after Lee Avron Cotton’s double beat Dore United 2-1. Chris Miller pulled one back for Dore, who still have two games in hand.
