AFTER three days of frustration and the loss of 19 hours and 312 overs of play, Kent finally started their LV Championship match with Worcestershire on its scheduled fourth and final day.

Play started at 11am under one-innings regulations, meaning neither side will have batting or bowling bonus points to play for, but should one side force a win they will bank 14 points.

If the game ends in a draw, as is likely, both sides will take four points.

Sadly for home fans, Kent skipper Rob Key lost the toss and was invited to bat by his Worcestershire counterpart Vikram Solanki.

Kent made one change to the side that drew with Wawickshire last week with Simon Cook returning to replace Yasir Arafat.
