Police have released CCTV images of two men they want to speak to in connection with a stabbing in a Canterbury nightclub.

A 19-year-old student was assaulted at Club Chemistry in Station Road East shortly after midnight on Tuesday, September 20.

The teenager was stabbed in the abdomen with a knife and was kept in hospital for five days.

He has now made a full recovery and returned to his studies.

PC Daniel Aylett of Kent Police said: "We'd really like to hear from anyone who was in the club that night who hasn't already come forward, especially the two men in these images who we think could have information vital to this investigation.

"I'd encourage these men or anyone with information they think could help the investigation to get in touch."

If you can help, call Kent Police on 01227 868380 or the new non-emergency number, 101, quoting reference number EY/015359/11.
