Driver quizzed after three hurt

A MOTORIST was questioned after three pedestrians - including an expectant mother - were injured in Bridge Street, Dover, yesterday.

A 32-year-old man, 29-year-old woman and their three-year-old son, all from Dover, had been crossing the road. They were all taken to the Kent and Canterbury Hospital.

The man had ankle and elbow injuries, and the woman and boy had cut heads.

The road was closed for a while as police investigated.
