Last night's semi-final saw HRVY compete against actress Maisie Smith, newsreader Ranvir Singh, comedian Bill Bailey and Made in Chelsea star Jamie Laing.

The Youtube star had topped the leaderboard for the last two weeks with partner Jannette Manrara, but tripped up on the rumba in last night's show, scoring 23, his lowest mark in weeks.

Judge Craig Revel Horwood said HRVY was slightly off balance throughout, and Shirley Ballas agreed.

However, he bounced back with a Charleston, performed to Another Day of Sun from film La La Land.

Judges Shirley Ballas and Motsi Mabuse gave him a standing ovation. Ballas described the dance as "amazing" and Mabuse said she was left "speechless".

"You are just an outstanding artist, you better be careful they don't ask you to come back next year as a pro," she added.

A perfect score of 30 was given, taking him to second on the leader board, behind Eastenders star Maisie Smith.

Joining HRVY in the final is Maisie Smith, who will be the youngest ever Strictly finalist, Bill Bailey and Jamie Laing who beat Ranvir Singh in the dance off.
