Orpington man charged after jeans stolen from Asda warehouse in London Road, Swanley

A suspected thief has been charged after jeans were stolen from a supermarket warehouse.

Alfie Rossiter has been remanded in custody after several pairs of jeans were taken when a man trespassed in Asda, London Road, Swanley, on November 2.

Rossiter, who is also accused of breaching a court order banning him from possessing a catapult, was arrested on Monday and taken into custody, where a catapult was seized.

Rossiter, of Star Lane, Orpington, was charged with burglary and breaching a criminal behaviour order.

The 54-year-old appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday where he was remanded until a hearing at the same court next Wednesday.
