An innings of 95 from Garry Cook could not help Dartford to a Shepherd Neame Kent League Division 2 victory over Hayes on Saturday.

Opener Cook was last man out as the home side were dismissed for 193. Jim Lowrie made 30 and Ross Allen contributed 26 but no other Dartford batsman reached double figures.

Hayes reached their target to take the win by four wickets.

A century stand between Kent batsman James Hockley and Justin Raymond-Guillen helped Hartley Country Club to a seven-wicket win over Bickley Park in the Premier Division.

The pair put on 103 for the second wicket as the home side chased 161 for victory.

Hockley (pictured) finished unbeaten on 77, while Raymond-Guillen departed for 66 as Hartley moved up to third in the table.

Earlier, Andrew Tutt’s 4-50 and three wickets for Matthew Coles had seen the visitors dismissed for 160.
