Two in court over classroom blaze

TWO youths are due to appear before magistrates after fire damaged a special school in a Kent city.

The pair, a 17-year-old from Faversham and a 17-year-old from Dunkirk, were charged on Friday evening with arson and burglary at Orchard School in Cambridge Road, Canterbury.

The fire took place on Thursday night.

The teenagers are due before magistrates in Canterbury on Tuesday.
