A man is in a serious condition in hospital after falling from a foot bridge onto the road below.
Police cordoned off the area around the Pin Hill bridge, which connects Canterbury East train station with the city wall, at around 11.25pm on Friday night following the incident.
Traffic was redirected for an hour, while police and paramedics attented the scene.
